- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 1 large chicken breast, cut into strips

- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 large celery stalk, thinly sliced
- 4oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
