Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 C chicken stock
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 C frozen corn kernels
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C french-fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
