Corn Casserole


Ingredients

  •     1/4 stick butter
  •     1/4 C flour
  •     1 C chicken stock
  •     1/2 C milk
  •     1/2 C sour cream
  •     1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 1/2 C frozen corn kernels
  •     2 serrano peppers, chopped
  •     1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  •     1 C french-fried onions
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
