  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Strawberry sauce or maple syrup (strawberry sauce recipe follows)
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
